问诊
In traditional Chinese medicine, the practitioner will need to identify imbalance, or known in Chinese as bing zheng through consultation. The imbalance or disharmony can sometimes manifest in physical symptoms such as headaches, twitching, or rashes, etc. The practitioner will need to examine your tongue, pulse, and temperature, and look at all the symptoms in a larger context, seeking to identify the source of your illness.

针灸
Acupuncture is one of the key components of traditional Chinese medicine. In practice, it works by inserting a thin needle into acupuncture points on your body to treat various illnesses. These acupuncture points are mostly located on meridians, pathways in which your “qi” flow through your body. By stimulating these points, the imbalance within your body can then be restored, thereby reduce or eliminate the symptoms.

走罐
Moving cupping is a different method of fire cupping. After creating suction, the practitioner will move the cups along your meridians. It is more effective compared to the traditional fire cupping as it further improves the flow of blood and qi.

艾灸
Moxibustion is a Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment in which the practitioner places moxa, made from dried plant materials, close to your acupuncture points to improve the flow of qi. It is very effective in treating chronic pain, digestive problems, cold.
